A : To make online cess payment, first you have to register if you do not have account. Once successfully registered, log in and then add project then pay registration fee. After completion of assessment of your project. You will see cess payment option.

A: You can check your cess payment status. Log in first then got to task list. You will see Pending Tasks and Projects list. Go to project detail page and click on workflow or payment buttons.

Q. Where will I download my cess payment receipt/certificate?

A: You can download your cess payment status. Log in first then got to task list. Go to project detail page and click on Attachments button then open Cess Certificate Receipt.

Q. I cannot find download option for cess receipt/certificate even though I can view the payment details?

A: You can only download the receipt for payment when after the assess officer updates the payment status to success.

Q. My cess payment failed but money has been deducted from my account. What do I do?

A: Once you initiate a payment, a ransaction ID will be sent to the registered mobile number. Please contact MBOCWWB and provide them with the transaction ID for further assistance.
